The Masked Witch is an antagonist who appears in the PaRappa The Rapper (anime). Her only appearance is in Episode 28 (I Won't Hand You My Heart), in which she steals Sunny's heart.

PaRappa The Rapper (anime)[]
In Episode 28, She ends up stealing Sunny's heart right as PaRappa finally asks her to dance with him at the Christmas party. as PaRappa and his friends try to make their way up to her lair, she sets a trap on them which they end up falling for, but PaRappa is determined to get Sunny's heart back. when he makes his way back up with the help of Gaster and Groober, The Masked Witch sets another trap on them, but Gaster and Groober end up foiling it. The Masked Witch uses her magic and captures PaRappa, getting Gaster and Groober to lock him in a cage with the bribery of bananas. PaRappa asks her why she hates Christmas so much, in which she tells him that she was never invited to a Christmas party, and when she saw Sunny getting invited, she was overcome with jealousy, and so she stole her heart. Gaster and Groober empathize with her, as they were never invited to a Christmas party either. However, PaRappa just thinks that she should release him from his cage, which she questions why she should do that. however, when she floats down to confront him, she ends up slipping on one of the banana peels Gaster and Groober were littering around, and the key ends up falling perfectly in the keyhole, freeing PaRappa. The Masked Witch tries to stop him from escaping by firing rockets at him, but it backfires on her when PaRappa makes a run for Sunny's heart, and blows everyone out of the sky.
near the end of the episode, shes watching the party through the window outside, saddened, as she still believes no one will invite her to the party, until Gaster and Groober walk up and tell her that they'll invite her. however, they're at each others necks when they both ask her to dance, and she solves this conflict by using magic to clone herself so she can dance with both of them.
Personality & Habits[]
The Masked Witch is a mean-spirited person, but underneath she has a softer and more sensitive personality. She isn't afraid to do whatever she needs to in order to stop and trick others.
Being a witch, she has many powers, including but not limited to; summoning things, stealing a part of someone (Sunny's heart) floating/flying with and without the use of a broomstick, and cloning oneself, as well as her lair being located in the World of Darkness.
Design[]
The Masked Witch is an orange flower with yellow petals, and freckles, similar to that of Sunny Funny, however, the exact type of flower is never stated. She wears a black witch's hat and cloak with yellow pointed clog-like shoes. For most of the episode, she wears a mask with light blue hair, a pointed nose, and holes for her eyes. she still seems to be able to express with her mouth through her mask.
