Plot[]
The chapter starts at Sunny's birthday party, where she opens a heart-shaped box to reveal the Seafood Cake PaRappa had made for her. PaRappa starts eating the cake, as Joe Chin drops his own cake in the background.
After the party, Katy drags PJ away, as PaRappa and Sunny watch the sunset. However, PaRappa gets a stomach ache and realizes he needs to go to the bathroom. He looks up at a flock of birds and imagines them as flying toilets, making his stomach ache worse. He realizes that it was because he had ate so much cake, meanwhile Sunny mistakes it for looking manly. Sunny asks him to drive her home, to which he agrees and starts up the car. While driving, he puts on Love You Rap, imagining the music notes emanating from the car radio as toilets.
PaRappa realizes that his car is running out of gas, and begins looking for a gas station. He eventually reaches Hot Gas and follows the "RESTROOM IN REAR" signs and notices the long line, pleading to go first, but four familiar voices exclaim their need to use the restrooms as well. PaRappa, dumbstruck and desperate, questions what to do. The figures turn around, revealing that it is Chop Chop Master Onion, Instructor Mooselini, Prince Fleaswallow, and Cheap Cheap. They all tell him to rap for it.

The chapter starts at Sunny's birthday party, where she opens a heart-shaped box to reveal the Seafood Cake PaRappa had made for her. They start conversing inaudibly, as PaRappa starts eating the Seafood Cake. In the background, Joe Chin is seen stumbling and dropping the cake that he had gotten for Sunny. Katy whispers something in PaRappa's ear, who nods in agreement. She grabs PJ by the arm, dragging him away, while waving to PaRappa and Sunny. It cuts to PaRappa and Sunny watching the sunset, PaRappa heart racing. However, he starts getting a stomach ache. PaRappa (Mind) No, no.... not now.... I have to go to the bathroom! He looks up at a flock of birds, imagining them as toilets, which makes his stomach ache worse. He realizes it is because he had eaten so much cake. Sunny (Mind) Wow... PaRappa looks so manly today. I've never seen him look this way before. Sunny Are you going to drive me home? PaRappa O-Of course! They get in the car and drive off. PaRappa puts on Love You Rap, and starts imagining the music notes emanating from the radio as toilets shortly after. He notices that his car was running out of gas. PaRappa (Mind) Ugh, my car's tank is empty, but mine is full. I mean, I'm full of gas and not the car. Huh? NO! The car needs gas but I don't! Anyway, we have to find a gas station right now! He notices the gas station in the distance and parks the car in front of it. He hurriedly looks around for the restroom, and notices an arrow pointing to the back of the gas station, with the text "RESTROOM IN REAR" on it. PaRappa follows it. PaRappa Excuse me! This is an emergency! I need to go RIGHT NOW! Chop Chop Master Onion, Instructor Mooselini, Prince Fleaswallow & Cheap Cheap SO DO WE!!! PaRappa Oh my, now what? What can we do!? The four turn around one by one, revealing their identities. Chop Chop Master Onion Yah, I know! Instructor Mooselini I know! Prince Fleaswallow I know! Cheap Cheap I know! The song takes place in the walkway to the restroom behind the gas station, the grey walls littered with graffiti. The red "HG" sign can be seen in the background, above the brown roof. At the end of the walkway is the red door to the restroom, and a green dumpster and metal trash can. When in Cool mode, everything besides the door to the restroom, toilet, and PaRappa himself will disappear, and the background be replaced with a rainbow illusion-esque background. PaRappa will run to the door, enter it, and chase the toilet down a pair of railway tracks, whiles the face of the teacher whose lines he mixes into his rap will pop up in the background. When in Bad mode, it will start raining, and when in Awful mode, it will start thundering.

Cool: Everything besides the door to the restroom, toilet, and PaRappa himself will disappear, and the background be replaced with a rainbow illusion-esque background. PaRappa will run to the door, enter it, and chase the toilet down a pair of railway tracks, whiles the face of the teacher (Chop Chop Master Onion, Instructor Mooselini, Prince Fleaswallow, and Cheap Cheap the Cooking Chicken), whose lines he mixes into his rap will pop up in the background.
Cool Fail: The rainbow illusion-esque background will be replaced back into the bathroom background from Hot Gas.
Bad: The sunset background from Good mode will be replaced into a gray gradient, and a heavy rain will start. The keyboard from Good mode starts having a descending tone that sounds chill. The drums from Good mode will change from an epic drum solo, into a groovy sounding drum beat. The bass of the instrumental will play an epic bass riff. It is also followed by the classic duck quack.
Awful: A thunderstorm will start, with the screen sporadically flashing bright yellow (lightning strikes), and the rain going faster than Bad mode. The descending keyboard of the instrumental will be replaced into an angry sounding synth pad, that plays in E minor in the lowest pitch. The sound of thunderstorms will play after the angry sounding synth pad. The epic bass riff continues playing, including the groovy sounding drum beat, followed by the classic duck quack.
Trivia[]
- If the wrong button is pressed, PaRappa will get a stomach ache, causing him to trip.
- The music style changes depending on what teacher is singing.
- The song interpolates the melody of "Fire Eater" by Three Dog Night.
- This is the only stage of the series where the catchphrase, "I gotta BELIEVE!!" has never been said during the cutscene, excluding Um Jammer Lammy.
- The events of this stage are called back to in the first stage of Um Jammer Lammy. In the cutscene, Lammy complains about having a stomach ache and a long line to the bathroom, and the four teachers seen in this stage asking for a rap battle to see who goes first, when she is rushing to the concert stage.
- When you fail the stage, PaRappa soiled himself. The camera zooms in to PaRappa's stomach. A video of Apollo 11 showed up, as a symbol of PaRappa soiling himself. The Apollo 11 liftoff video is also followed by upbeat Mexican music in C major.
