Rodney Alan Greenblat, born August 23, 1960 in San Francisco, California is an American graphic artist known best in the United States for the visual style of the computer games PaRappa the Rapper and UmJammer Lammy.

Before creating Parappa and even working with the concept of a video game, he already developed Katy Kat, Sunny Funny and PJ Berri.

Rodney Greenblat (Also known as the creator and artist of the PaRappa franchise) appears in both PaRappa The Rapper and PaRappa The Rapper 2.
He stars as a news reporter in PaRappa The Rapper 2, giving a rundown on the noodle situation during the Stage 2 pre-stage cutscene.
In PaRappa the Rapper, Rodney is mentioned but not seen. When PaRappa gets his invite to club fun, it says 'Private Invitation from Rodney'. His surname cannot be seen but it is most likely that it is Rodney Greenblat.
